Altaïr renews its Great Place to Work® certification

This year again, the Altaïr Group has obtained the Great Place to Work® certification.

With nearly 80% participation in the survey and a Trust Index® of 75.1%, this recognition reflects the teams’ commitment and the attention paid to employee experience.

The results notably show that our employees feel they are treated fairly, whatever their background, that they can take time for themselves when necessary, and that new employees are well welcomed within the Group.

This certification is part of our journey towards a stimulating and pleasant environment. It also shows us the direction to take in order to continue improving. We are therefore continuing our efforts to build, together with our employees, a work environment where everyone can thrive and grow.
